We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and drive sales in [Region Name]. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance.
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high service standards.
  • Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business strategies.
  • Handle escalations and provide solutions to improve sales efficiency.
  • Regularly track competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead.
  • It is necessary for the RSM to hire 7 ASM.

Knowledge & Abilities

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, or fintech is a plus.
