Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled SMO Executive to enhance our company’s online presence and increase engagement on social media platforms. The ideal candidate is a social media enthusiast who can drive brand awareness and engagement through effective social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement SMO strategies to boost online visibility and customer engagement.

2. Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, high-quality content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).

3. Platform Management: Manage day-to-day activities on all social media platforms, including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.

4. Audience Engagement: Build and nurture a community by engaging with followers, influencers, and partners.

5. Campaigns and Promotions: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive engagement and brand awareness.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools. Generate regular reports to measure success and optimize strategies.

7. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

8. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

1. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.

2. Skills:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it relates to social media.
  • Ability to create and optimize content that drives engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

3. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with paid social media advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).

2. Basic graphic design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

3. Experience with influencer marketing or collaborations.

4. Strong copywriting skills for social media captions and posts.
