Job Summary: 

We need a skilled SMO Executive to improve our company's online visibility and get more people to interact with us on social media sites. The ideal candidate is someone who loves social media and can use effective social media strategies to raise company awareness and get people involved.

Most Important Duties:

1. Social Media Strategy: Create and use SMO strategies to get more people to see your business online and interact with you.

2. Content Creation: Work with the content team to make high-quality, interesting material for social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

3. Platform Management: Supervise daily tasks on all social media sites, such as posting, checking, and replying to messages and comments.

4. Engage your audience: Talk to your fans, influencers, and business partners to build and grow a community.

5. Campaigns and promotions: Create and run contests, campaigns, and promotions on social media to get people to interact with your business and learn more about it.

6. Analytics and Reporting: Use Google Analytics, social media insights, and other tracking tools to keep an eye on how well your social media accounts are doing. Make regular reports to track progress and improve tactics.

7. Keep up with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to make sure your content stays interesting and current.

8. Work together: Make sure that your social media efforts are in line with your general marketing strategies by working closely with the marketing team.

Experience:

One to three years of work experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related area.

2. Skills:

  • Very good knowledge of social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and more.
  • Know how to use tools for managing social media, like Hootsuite, Buffer, and Sprout Social.
  • You should know the basics of SEO and how it works with social media.
  • Being able to make and improve content that gets people to interact with and stay loyal to a brand.
  • Strong logical skills and experience making decisions based on data.

3. Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related area is preferred.

One of the most important requirements is experience with paid social media ads, like Facebook and Instagram ads.

2. Basic visual design skills (e.g., using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).

3. Know how to work with or sell to influencers.

4. Good writing skills for posts and comments on social media sites.

Salary: Pay is based on past work.
