We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and facilitate open enrollment processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Generate reports and analyze HR data for insights and decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in human resources roles.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in human resources.
