Overview:

We need a strong Field Sales Representative to help us come up with sales plans and find new customers. The good seller will look for new chances to make sales and close deals to meet their goals. The right person will be very important for growing income and revenue because they will be in charge of handling and dealing with clients, finding leads, selecting prospects, and overseeing the sales of goods and services. As an outside sales rep or agent, they will also look into the sales competition.

Responsibilities:

  • Use different ways to sell to customers, like going door-to-door, cold calling, giving talks, and so on.
  • Predict sales, come up with "out of the box" sales models and tactics, and then test how well they work.
  • Look at the skills and wants of your customers and build ties that will last.
  • Meet your own and your team's sales goals.
  • Look into accounts and make or follow up on sales leads
  • If you want to know what's new, attend to meetings, sales events, and trainings.
  • Give management comments and a report using financial statistical data
  • Keep and add to the account information for the area you're responsible for.

Skills and Qualifications :

  • Demonstrated sales expertise
  • Past performance of exceeding quota
  • Working knowledge with Salesforce.com or a comparable CRM
  • knowledge of various sales strategies and pipeline administration
  • Proficiency in computer use
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, and communication skills
  • Self-driven and inspired
  • A bachelor's degree or its equivalent

Other prerequisites:

1. A bike, a valid driver's license, and the ability to go about.

2 Openness to considerable travel within the specified location.
