  • This Privacy Policy Is Published By Kickstart Vision To Reality Private Limited, A Company Incorporated Under The Companies Act, 2013, Having Its Registered Office At Ml-01 Sanjay Vihar Awas Vikas Near State Bank Of India Meerut Road Hapur Uttar Pradesh-245101 (CIN) U74999UP2021PTC153034 (hereinafter referred to as "Company" and/or "KVR\"); this term, unless repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, shall mean and include its directors, employees, and associates to provide the privacy policy that will be applicable in the context of the KVR (hereinafter referred to as its "Application\") and govern the persons who download, sign up/register on the Application, and purchase the financial products as presented by Advisor through the Application (hereinafter referred to as "End Customer\"); or download, sign up/register, and/or promote financial products of Company's clients' products and services on the Application to the End Customer (hereinafter referred to as "Advisor/s\"); End Customer and Advisor/s shall collectively be referred to as "Users")

This policy is published in compliance with the relevant provisions of the following laws: the Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act\"), the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the "Intermediary Rules\"), and any other applicable laws. The Privacy Policy is published in accordance with these rules. Through this Privacy Policy, the Company disseminates details about the information it obtains from Advisors (hereafter referred to as \"Information\"), including but not limited to personal and sensitive data as specified in the IT rules. (The information that will be included in the term "Information" is clearly outlined: the information mentioned in clause 2 of this privacy policy, the reason for data collection and disclosure, the method of removing or updating advisor information, practices and safety precautions, and grievance redressal mechanisms.)

  • The company promotes financial products to advisors through its application, empowering them to market them to end-customers. For more information about the products, please go through the application.
  • The company gathers the advisor's information for the following purposes:

  • The company collects the following information from the End Customer for the following purposes:
  1. Name as per Pan Card—for KYC compliance and to register end-customer details on the application before they can proceed to apply to the products on the application.
  2. Mobile No.: To register end-customer details on the application before they can proceed to apply for the products on the application.
  3. PAN No.: For KYC compliance and to register end-customer details on the application before they can proceed to apply to the products on the application.
  4. Email Address: for communication purposes, to register end-customer details on the application before they can proceed to apply for the products on the application.
  • The goal of collecting information We've already discussed the specific purposes, but here's the general purpose statement:
    1. To enable advisors and end customers to use the application

    8. The company legally requires you to conduct credit checks, screenings, or due diligence checks.
    9. The responsibilities include carrying out financial, regulatory, and management reporting, as well as developing and sustaining diverse risk management models.

    11. We have to follow the guidelines of pertinent laws, rules, judicial rulings, or legislative instructions.
    12. We let advisers register or set up their company's account.
    13. Legal action should be started should the advisor violate the agreement.
    14. The company collects this information to understand the types of advisors and end customers who are accessing its application.
    15. The company collects the information to understand advisor and end-customer behavior and to customize, modify, or enhance its services accordingly.
    16. We collect the information so that end customers can explore and apply for the products listed on the application.
  • The company does not rent or sell personally identifiable user information to anyone. According to this privacy policy, the company only discloses personally identifiable information to third parties. The information is stored in the company's electronic and physical databases, as well as by associates, employees, auditors, attorneys, and other authorized personnel. However, it is clarified that:
  1. The company implements reasonable safety practices, adhering to Indian standards, on its application (encrypting it), as well as in its electronic and physical databases to safeguard the data it collects and thwart any unauthorized access by third parties.

  • If the advisor wants to obtain a copy of their personal information, delete, update, or withdraw their consent to publish it, or if they have any grievances related to the company's application, they can contact Mr. Aashish Kumar Gautam, the company's grievance officer, by sending an email or a mobile number to support@kickstartvtr.com (+91-9258285218) with the subject line "Acceleration of Grievance." After satisfactorily ascertaining the credentials of the person seeking the information, the company shall, with the advisor"s cooperation, assist them in redressing the grievance or request in a time-bound manner. Furthermore, we clarify that the company, at its sole discretion, has the right to disable, restrict, or block the advisor's registration or access to the application if they withdraw their consent to publish their information or make a similar request in the manner specified above.
  • The company may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when the user visits the application, or it may post third-party financial products on the application. When applying for these products, the advisor or end-user may redirect the end-customer to the relevant third-party webpage or application. These companies and third parties may use information (including but not limited to the user's name, address, email address, telephone number, or sensitive personal information) about the user's visit to the application to provide advertisements about the products and services that interest the user. Furthermore, such advertisements may include hyperlinks that lead to the advertiser's or third-party's website. COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND RESPONSES UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THE PRIVACY SAFEGUARDS OF SUCH WEBSITES OR APPLICATIONS, OR THE ACCURACY OR AUTHENTICITY OF THE DATA CONTAINED IN SUCH WEBSITES OR THE ADVERTISEMENTS. WE ADVISE USERS TO REFER TO THE PRIVACY POLICIES AND TERMS OF USE OF SUCH WEBSITES, AND EXERCISE REASONABLE CAUTION AND DILIGENCE WHEN USING SUCH THIRD PARTY WEBSITES.
  • IT IS HEREBY CLARIFIED THAT THE ACCEPTANCE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY AND THE TERMS OF USE IS A PRECONDITION FOR THE USER TO VISIT OR USE THE APPLICATION. IF THE USER DISAGREES WITH THIS ACCEPTANCE, THEY MUST IMMEDIATELY STOP VISITING OR USING THE APPLICATION. THE USER'S ACTION OF USING OR ACCESSING THE APPLICATION SIGNIFIES THEIR AGREEMENT TO THE PRIVACY POLICY AND TERMS OF USE.
