Overview: 

To complement our exciting team, we are looking for a hardworking and competent Telecaller. Making outbound calls to prospective clients, fielding their questions, and informing them about our offerings are all part of a telecaller's job description. The perfect applicant will be able to convince others, have great communication skills, and consistently achieve goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Make cold calls to potential clients in order to sell them on the company's wares.
2. Give thorough product or service descriptions and answer client questions.
3. Recognize and comprehend client requirements in order to provide appropriate remedies.
4. Make sure that all client information in the database is correct and current.
5. Get more sales than what's expected on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
6. Get back to those who shown interest in your marketing campaigns.
7. Make sure customers are happy and help the company reach its goals by working with the sales staff.
8. Act professionally while dealing with consumer complaints and concerns.
9. Know what your competitors are providing, what the industry trends are, and what characteristics your products have.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated background in customer service and sales from previous work as a telemarketer.
2. Superior interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
3. Capacity to operate both alone and collaboratively.
4. Excellent time management and organizing abilities.
5. Possessing a basic understanding of computer systems and CRM applications.
6. Very goal-oriented and enthusiastic about reaching objectives.

Knowledge and Work History:

1. Equivalent to a high school diploma.
2. A background in customer service or telemarketing would be a plus.
