Job Summary: 

We need a Video Editor who is artistic and pays attention to detail to join our team. As a Video Editor, it will be your job to make videos that are interesting and fit with our brand's vision and marketing goals. You will be in close contact with the people who make the content, the marketing team, and other important people to make sure that we have high-quality movies that keep our audience interested.

Most Important Duties:

1. Video Editing: Take unfinished footage and turn it into polished, interesting movies that can be shared on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, among others.

2. speaking: Use your speaking skills to make stories that our target audience will relate to.

3. Motion Graphics and Effects: To improve video material, add graphics, special effects, sound effects, and music.

4. Color Correction and scoring: Make sure the look is consistent by correcting the colors and scoring them.

5. Work together: To make creative ideas come to life, work closely with content makers, directors, and other team members.

6. Video Optimization: Change videos so they work best on all devices and formats (for example, by changing aspect ratios and file formats).

7. Project Management: Keep track of multiple jobs at once and make sure they're finished on time.

8. Asset Management: Put video files and other project assets in the right place and store them safely.

The skills and qualifications needed are:

1. Hands-on experience as a video editor, with a good portfolio of your work to show for it.

2. Software Skills: Be able to use video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and others well.

3. Creative Vision: A strong sense of how to tell a story visually, how to put things together, and how to keep things moving.

4. Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail when editing videos to ensure high-quality results.

5. Technical Skills: You should know how to use video files, codecs, and export settings.

6. Communication: Being able to talk to people clearly and work with others is important.

7. Time Management: Being able to meet tight goals and use your time well.

3. Know the latest video trends and the best ways to post them on social media.

4. A bachelor's degree in a related area, such as film, media, communications, or something similar (required but not required).
