Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage field teams including TSMs & FSEs, ensure target achievement, drive merchant onboarding, and maintain operational discipline across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 15–30 TSMs and 300–600 FSEs (as per region).
- Achieve daily & monthly targets for Soundbox, QR, and Merchant Onboarding.
- Ensure 75%+ active QR & Soundbox activation with required TPV and unique transactions.
- Plan and execute daily field activities, market visits, and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper implementation of company policies and payout structure.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and productivity of TSM & FSE teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams for reports, payouts, device reconciliation, and escalations.
- Drive brand visibility and merchant engagement in the assigned area.
- Provide training, guidance, and motivation to team members for performance improvement.
- Ensure dispute-free documentation, inventory management, and compliance with company guidelines.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in sales or field team handling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiar with fintech / QR / Soundbox / merchant onboarding preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
