Refund & Cancellation

1. General Policy

By purchasing our subscription plans or services, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. This policy is applicable to all customers of KVR across India.

2. Non-Refundable Subscription Plans

The following subscription plans are strictly non-refundable:

  • Basic Plan – ₹999
  • Standard Plan – ₹1,999
  • Premium Plan – ₹2,999
  • Enterprise Plan – ₹24,999

Once purchased, these amounts will not be refunded under any circumstances, including non-usage or cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time; however, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via official email or customer support portal.

4. Exceptional Cases (If Applicable)

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases, subject to management approval:

  • Duplicate payment due to technical error.
  • Payment deducted but service not activated within 7 working days.

In such cases, the refund will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

5. Modification of Policy

KVR reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically.
