About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and travel-friendly Field Operations & Training Executives to support field deployment, stock distribution, equipment onboarding, and merchant training activities across India. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy traveling, interacting with business owners, and managing on-ground operations.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed Salary: ₹21,000 per month
• Travel Allowance (TA/DA): Up to ₹10,000 per month
• Food & Local Travel Allowance: Up to ₹350 per day

TA/DA Policy

• Maximum ₹350 per day for food and local travel expenses.
• Applicable when employees are working outside their assigned location.
• Valid for stays of up to 30 days per assignment.
• Flight, train, intercity bus travel, and airport transfers will be reimbursed separately as per company policy.
• Maximum TA/DA reimbursement limit: ₹10,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations

• Visit factories, shops, commercial establishments, warehouses, distributors, and vendor locations as assigned.
• Deliver company stock, devices, equipment, and operational materials.
• Ensure proper handover and acknowledgment of delivered materials.
• Maintain inventory and stock movement records.

Equipment Deployment & Support

• Assist in equipment installation and deployment activities.
• Verify equipment functionality and readiness for use.
• Coordinate with internal support teams for issue resolution when required.

Merchant & Vendor Training

• Conduct training sessions for merchants, vendors, and operational staff.
• Explain product features, operating procedures, and best practices.
• Ensure users are comfortable operating the assigned equipment or system.

Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with merchants, factory managers, distributors, and vendors.
• Act as the first point of contact for operational support and guidance.
• Collect feedback and report field observations to management.

Reporting & Documentation

• Submit daily activity reports through mobile applications and online systems.
• Maintain records of stock deliveries, training sessions, installations, and field visits.
• Capture required photographs, acknowledgments, and supporting documentation.

Eligibility Criteria

• Fluency in the local language of the assigned region is mandatory.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Comfortable staying away from home for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently in field environments.
• Smartphone proficiency and basic reporting skills.
• Prior experience in field operations, merchant onboarding, sales support, logistics, or training will be preferred.

Travel Requirements

• Extensive travel across multiple cities and states.
• Travel may involve train, bus, and flight journeys.
• Candidates may be required to stay at project locations for extended durations.
• Depending on business requirements, travel may extend up to 30 days per month.
