Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to drive merchant onboarding, QR deployment, and Soundbox activation for digital payment products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new merchants in assigned areas.
• Install and activate QR codes and Soundbox devices.
• Ensure 75%+ merchant activity through regular follow-ups.
• Achieve daily targets for onboarding, activations, and transactions.
• Educate merchants about transaction processes, settlement, and product features.
• Maintain daily reporting on the company app/dashboard.
• Coordinate with TSM/ASM for smooth field operations.
• Resolve merchant issues and provide after-sales support when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Must have an Android smartphone.
• Two-wheeler preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹3,00,000 CTC per annum.
