Key Responsibilities

• Research trending topics and prepare podcast scripts or discussion points.
• Manage video and audio editing for podcast episodes.
• Handle camera setup, lighting, and studio production.
• Create and manage social media content for podcast promotion.
• Design thumbnails, graphics, and promotional creatives.
• Identify and coordinate with podcast guests and collaborators.
• Develop partnerships and manage sponsorship opportunities.
• Support the team in producing engaging and high-quality podcast episodes.

Requirements

• Passion for podcasts, media, and digital content creation.
• Basic experience in content creation, editing, design, or social media.
• Strong creativity and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a creative team environment.
• Knowledge of editing tools, social media platforms, or production equipment is a plus.
