Description

Position Overview:

We are hiring a highly experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) responsible for leading multiple ASMs, TSMs, and FSE teams across the assigned region. The RSM will drive business growth, merchant acquisition, QR deployment, Soundbox activation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a regional team including ASMs, TSMs, and 500–800 FSEs.
  • Achieve regional targets for QR, Soundbox, TPV, Merchant Onboarding, and Active Merchants.
  • Set performance KPIs for all zones and ensure daily monitoring.
  • Drive 75%+ active base for QR & Soundbox with required TPV & unique transactions.
  • Conduct weekly reviews with ASMs and provide business insights to management.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting, attendance, routing, and daily productivity.
  • Monitor market competition, pricing changes, and business opportunities.
  • Manage escalations, merchant issues, and field operational challenges.
  • Execute company expansion plans, partnerships, and new product rollouts.
  • Develop a high-performance culture through training, motivation, and discipline.

Requirements:

  • 5–10+ years of proven experience in managing large field teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in Fintech / Payments / Merchant Acquisition preferred.
  • Must know Excel, MIS reporting, and territory planning.
  • Ability to travel frequently across states/regions.
