Position: Relationship Manager – Channel Development
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on Experience & Interview Performance)
Location: Field-Based Role (PAN India)

About the Role:

Kickstart Vision to Reality (KVR) is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to support our expansion strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting new people, building strong business relationships, and working towards clear revenue targets.

As a Relationship Manager – Channel Development, you will be responsible for creating and managing a strong partner network that contributes to consistent monthly business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new channel partners such as CSE Centers, DSAs, Consultants, Colleges, Placement Agencies, and Freelance Recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with partners.
  • Drive monthly business targets and ensure revenue growth.
  • Conduct regular field visits, partner meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and partner support.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to improve output.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Graduation preferred (any stream).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, field operations, or channel development (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
  • Ability to travel locally for field visits.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office and reporting tools.
