Overview

We want to hire a Territory Manager to help us make more money from sales and take care of our customers in a certain area.

As a Territory Manager, you will be an important part of our team because of how well you can organize and sell things.

We put a lot of value on being able to communicate clearly and fully understand what our clients want.

We'd love to hear from you if you can think critically and are goal-oriented.

As this person, your main job duty will be to make sure our customers are happy while also looking for ways to boost sales.

Help us give great customer service and achieve amazing sales growth by coming along for the ride.

Responsibilities:

• Come up with good marketing and sales plans for your area
• Look at the facts to find the best ways to make sales.
• Talk to people about their problems and offer answers.
• Use market study to find sales possibilities.
• Show potential buyers your goods and services.
• Take part in advertising or industry events (like trade shows) to get to know your customers better.
• Give lessons on how to make sales and what makes your products unique.
• Check how well sales are going based on KPIs
• Keep an eye on the competition in the given area
• Write reports and give them to the Sales Director.

Knowledge and abilities:

• Reliable experience as a Territory Manager
• Proven track record of growing sales and income; knowledge in field sales is desired.
• Being able to come up with sales plans and use KPIs to measure success
• Skilled with MS Office; experience with Salesforce is a plus
• Excellent at talking to people
• The power to organize and lead
• Ability to solve problems
• Business, marketing, or a similar area for a BSc or BA

Some other requirements are:

1. Having a legal driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
