Position Overview:
We are hiring a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead a team of FSEs and drive merchant onboarding, QR deployment, Soundbox deployment, and daily activation targets across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 20–25 FSEs and monitor their daily field performance.
- Achieve daily & monthly targets for QR, Soundbox, and Merchant Onboarding.
- Ensure minimum 75% active devices (QR + Soundbox) with required TPV & unique transactions.
- Conduct daily route planning, market visits, and team attendance checks.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure FSE compliance with company rules.
- Share daily reports, activation data, and market feedback to the ASM.
- Train and guide field executives for productivity improvement.
- Coordinate with merchants to resolve onboarding and activation issues.
- Maintain strong relations with retailers, distributors, and merchants in the territory.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in field sales or merchant acquisition.
- Good communication & leadership skills.
- Ability to handle and motivate field executives.
- Smartphone knowledge, Excel basics, and reporting discipline.
- Two-wheeler preferred with a valid license.
