Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead large-scale business operations across multiple states. The ZSM will manage Regional Managers, ASMs, TSMs, and a wide network of FSEs to achieve company growth targets in QR, Soundbox, Merchant Onboarding, and Active TPV.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise RSMs, ASMs, TSMs, and 500–1500 FSEs across multiple states.
- Drive zonal performance for QR deployment, Soundbox activation, TPV, Unique Transactions, and Merchant Onboarding.
- Ensure 75%+ active merchant base with required TPV and monthly usage goals.
- Plan and execute zonal sales strategies aligned with company targets.
- Monitor state-wise performance dashboards and deliver weekly/monthly reviews.
- Implement process discipline, routing, attendance, reporting, and productivity metrics.
- Coordinate with senior leadership for forecasting, planning, and performance insights.
- Handle on-ground escalations, operational challenges, and merchant issues.
- Drive training, motivation, and development of all state/regional teams.
- Lead expansion projects, new product rollouts, and partner alliances in the zone.
Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience in a leadership sales role.
- Experience in Fintech / Payments / Merchant Acquisition is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to manage large teams across multiple states.
- Expertise in Excel, MIS, forecasting, planning, and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the zone.
